At SITHIMY, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below. Our return policy is transparent, flexible, and complies with international e-commerce standards.

 

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

With tags, labels, and original packaging (if applicable).

Accompanied by order confirmation or proof of purchase.

 

🔄 Return Scenarios

✅ 1. Free Returns

You are eligible for free return shipping in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing.

The product was damaged during transit.

You received the wrong item, size, or color.

📌 In these cases, SITHIMY will cover 100% of the return shipping and handling costs.

 

⚠️ 2. Paid Returns (Customer Responsibility)

You will need to cover your own return shipping costs in the following situations:

You no longer want the item.

You ordered the wrong product, color, or size.

You wish to exchange for another product, but there was no error on our part.

📌 We still accept eligible returns in these cases, but return shipping costs and 10% value will not be reimbursed.

 

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment by Stripe

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or fault from our side.

If you paid in a currency other than our default (USD), the refund amount will be converted based on the exchange rate at the time of refund.

The exchange rate and currency conversion fees are set by your payment provider or bank.
